Q1. Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?
A: Low MOQ,  1pc for sample checking is available, better for one carton which is easy to deliver. We can supply the sample immediately if we have ready some stock, but the client have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q2. How you ship the parts?

A: We usually use sea shipping with FCL or LCL,  Airline way also optional if urgent case . For small order, We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or other.

Q3.Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1-3 years warranty to our different products.

Q4.How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new product with new order for small quantity. 

For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution.

Q6. What is your terms of payment?

A:  30% in advance by T/T , balance before shipment. For small order, we accept Western Union,  and also Telegraphic transfer.
