Description

Application:
On-site repair of scratches and abrasion. It used for automobile bumper or plastic interior coating or other kinds of plastic substrate like PP, PA, PVC, ABS, quickly repair the scratch.
Instruction：
1. Repair the substrate first use plastic putty/fiber putty according to the scratch and abrasion condition.
2. Grinding with 240-600# sandpaper, keep clean and dry the spray area, while cover non-spray area.
3. Shake the can for at least 2 minutes for the mixing ball rattles up and down.
4. Keep the nozzle 18-25 cm above surface as you spray. Press it and spray evenly. Make sure to shake the can frequently for smooth spraying.
5. Use thin spray for multiple times（ every 3-5minitues or until dry to touch), then spot spray it from 25-40cm above surface, achieve good texture effect.
6. Grinding with 240-600# sandpaper before the second spray, also change the spare nozzle to make the grain texture large.
After use, invert the can and spray for 5 seconds to clear valve and prevent the nozzle clogging.
